The staff made our stay super cozy, especially when they provided us with late check-out and extra waters for our adventures. We loved chilling by the outdoor pool and relaxing on the sun terrace after a long day. A slight hiccup was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't spoil our overall fun! 😊

The hotel was impeccably clean, facilities were clean, good location not far from Stevens Creek, which is a main street in Cupertino, bar/restaurant, and stores, restaurants, many within short walking distance. There was good choice of different meals.
Nothing not too like.

The bed was comfortable.
This has been the most horrible experience I've ever had at a hotel and I've only just checked in a few hours ago. The luggage carriers are WAY too small, I had to make two trips and no employee offered help. One elevator, of two, is out of service and the wait for one is at least ten minutes. I asked for a plastic bag to use a garbage bin for ice to put my drinks in because the ice bin doesn't even fit one bottle of beer. After waiting an hour, I finally scrubbed a garbage can with soap and hot water, myself, and used it. Another hour later, two hours since I asked for a simple plastic garbage bag, someone came up with an ice bucket barely larger than the one in the rooms. I didn't need it anymore. Also, my husband's room key didn't work and the fridge is in the bathroom instead of the obvious inlet where it would fit in the cabinetry. GROSS! Today, they forced me to let the IT guys in to "upgrade" the TV. I had been using its on demand options because I could log into my Hulu acct. Well, since the upgrade, the on demand function doesn't work. I called the manager, he said he'd find out about it and call me back. Over two hours went by with no call, so I called him. The on demand won't be working until tomorrow after checkout. I better be comped for these last two days of pure frustration.

The building is nice and the rooms are brand-new with good sized shower and large bed, as for instance. The location is ideal, not very far from Apple Headquarters...

Couple looking for comfort
I was impressed by the free on-site parking, very convenient gettin' to and from the room. Plus, the bar had cool LED lights and special prices all night for our group event, made for a fun evening.
It wasn't exactly wallet-friendly but it's what I expected for a place like this.

What stands out, both good and bad
The warm, friendly reception staff really enhanced my stay, providing fantastic local tips! Plus, the convenient location made exploring easy.
The room was disappointing. Hard pillows and very limited light made it uncomfortable at night.

An intriguing stay with a modern ambiance highlighted by a unique delivery robot. The room was appropriately sized and the location was central, close to various dining options. The pillows were uncomfortably hard, and there was limited space to place personal items. A breakfast offered by the staff was unappetizing. Free parking on-site was a bonus.

The location was spot on for my needs, and I loved the outdoor pool area 💦 the check-in process was a drag, and I felt a bit ignored during it.

Mixed feelings about our stay
We got a quiet ADA room, nice since my spouse was sick. But honestly, it turned out to be super noisy, and the pillows were hard as rocks. On the plus side, the staff was really friendly and hooked us up with a free breakfast. Tried it but couldn't stomach it-the sliders were cold and bland. The bar area was chill, though!

Comfortable Stay with Great Staff
I spent a night here and found it to be a pleasant experience, mainly due to the comfortable bed and helpful staff. The hotel's modern decor was appealing, and the location was convenient with easy access to dining options. The small parking structure could be a hassle if you return late in the evening.

I stayed at aloft for one night, and the staff was fantastic. They provided us with a room that was quiet, great since my spouse was feeling sick. The location is super convenient, close to downtown san jose. The bed was comfy, and the overall vibe was modern and cute. The room was a bit of a mixed bag. The pillows were super hard, and there wasn't much space to put my stuff. It was noisy, annoying since my spouse was sick. On the upside, the bed was comfy, and the overall vibe felt modern. I also appreciated the staff-they were helpful when I mentioned the noise. Just wish the pillows and space were better. Also tried the free breakfast, but it was pretty gross. I would have liked more from that.

This place had a nifty robot delivering items to rooms, modern decor, a cool pool area, and even a bar that turned into a party spot at night. We got a decent-sized room that didn't skimp on comfort. It was a fun vibe overall!
